Todd Tanner
Todd is a principal and founder of the Tanner Group, an independent telecommunications consultancy with offices in Salt Lake City, Utah and Denver, Colorado. For over twenty years, he has specialized in Incoming Call Center environments, network design and optimization, strategic telecommunications planning and quality customer service delivery. He has conducted numerous customer service quality studies on operational call centers and analytical modeling and feasibility studies on large-scale technology initiatives.
Todd has assisted organizations across the world in delighting their customers through creative and cost effective customer service delivery. He has extensive experience with telecommunications engagements in the Financial, Educational, Medical, Transportation, Order Entry and Service sectors. Tanner Group clients include Amtrak, U.S. Dept. of Defense, Northrop Grumman, United States Postal Service, Leucadia Financial, NuSkin International as well as numerous Financial Institutions, Utilities, Phone Companies, Schools Districts and Colleges.
Todd has degrees in Business and Marketing. He is a member of the Society of Telecommunication Consultants (STC). He has presented seminars and published articles in the management of contact centers, telecommunications, applied technology, marketing and high-speed network integration and design. He is a certified Purdue University Benchmarking Auditor and a certified Bell Systems traffic engineer. Prior to entering the telecommunications consulting field, Mr. Tanner received national recognition and awards in marketing, consumer package design and medical equipment development.
