Paul Heacock
Mr. Heacock leads the company’s performance consulting practice specializing in
designing and building just-in-time knowledge delivery and performance support
systems. Paul regularly consults on effective business processes and knowledge
delivery systems for executives of key clients including Hallmark Cards, Sprint,
Ferrellgas, and McKesson Health Systems.
Paul is highly rated speaker often speaking on the importance of cost effective,
just-in-time performance support to audiences at major national conferences
including E-Learning, Performance Support, Computer Training, The Telework
Coalition Work at Home conferences, and TechLearn.
Paul is the author and prime consultant for highly successful seminars/workshops
targeted to help technical people better understand and embrace their leadership
roles. He also conducts workshops emphasizing building and maintaining more
effective interpersonal relationships
Previously Paul was a member start-up management team of Frankona America,
the American operation of a German insurance industry conglomerate. As the
Senior Financial and Technology Officer, Corporate Secretary, and member of the
Board of Directors, he led design, construction and ongoing strategy development
of all financial, administrative and information technology systems.
Paul began his professional career in June 1967 with General American Life. He
earned a Bachelors degree in Finance from St. Louis University.
Paul currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Missouri Insurance
Education Foundation, the Harry S. Truman Neurological Center for Children,
Cameron Insurance, and Armed Forces Insurance.
