<div> Jim Farnsworth</div> <div> <B>Jim Farnsworth </B>serves as TeleTech's Senior Vice President and General Manager </div> <div> of the TeleTech@Home business unit.  Jim offers extensive leadership experience in </div> <div> building and delivering successful solutions to large-scale businesses and their customers </div> <div> over the course of three decades.  Mr. Farnsworth has spent a significant portion of his </div> <div> career leading and operating bi-lingual or multi-lingual operations in diverse industries</div> <div> including telecommunications, technology, finance, real estate, healthcare and general </div> <div> business services.  </div> <bR> <div> In addition to his 7+ years of service to TeleTech, Jim has held domestic and international </div> <div> leadership roles with diverse organizations including MCI Telecommunications, ADT </div> <div> Security Services, the United States Senate staff and an officer level role with one of the </div> <div> original @Home service delivery companies, Alpine Access.  </div> <bR> <div> Jim holds a B.A. in International Relations and Business from the University of New Mexico </div> <div> and speaks Spanish.</div>
