</B>is a senior consultant with Clifton Gunderson LLP, a nationwide accounting </div> <div> and consulting firm.  Her area of expertise is providing telework training and technical </div> <div> assistance to organizations.  </div> <bR> <div> She has more than 20 years of experience planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating </div> <div> diverse programs for governmental, commercial, and nonprofit organizations.  </div> <bR> <div> She led the development and implementation of a regional telework program in the Washington </div> <div> metropolitan region between 1996 and 2001.  During that time, she managed a telework </div> <div> demonstration project that provided free consulting services to eight local employers.  This </div> <div> initiative subsequently served as the model for several other similar programs in different parts </div> <div> of the country.  She also developed and conducted telework training programs attended by </div> <div> more than 800 employers and employees.  </div> <bR> <div> She has been involved in work-at-home issues since the early 1990s when she co-founded and </div> <div> served as president of the Frederick Home-Based Business Association.  She also served on</div> <div>  the board of directors for the International Telework Association and Council.  </div> <bR> <div> She has a Master's degree in Business Administration.
