Bray is the Director of the Hagerstown Telework Center – Center for Business & Training in Hagerstown, Maryland.  Mary has been involved with the federal telecommuting program for eight years.  Mary has served as the Executive Director of the Washington Metropolitan Telework Centers Group.   She has served as Vice-president off the Mid-Atlantic Telecommuting Advisory Council (MATAC) and four terms as Secretary.  Mary is a member of the International Telework Association and Council (ITAC) and is on the ITAC Public Policy Committee.  Mary holds a BA from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY; an MA from Fordham University, Bronx, NY; and a Business Certification from Goucher College in Towson, MD.  </div> <br class="2aemw2t7dg3inqf6r"> <div> <a href="https://www.telcoa.org/id20/" target="_top" title="Board of Directors and Advisory Board"><u><img decoding="async" src="https://www.telcoa.org/files/21c4b260.gif" border="0" width="75" height="38" align="BOTTOM" hspace="0" vspace="0"></u></a></div> </td> </tr></table></body>
