TelCoa thanks U.S. Representatives Jim Himes, Rosa DeLauro, and Elizabeth Esty for introducing the Multi-State Worker Tax Fairness Act, H.R. 4085, 113th Congress. We strongly support this crucial legislation. The bill would finally eliminate the telecommuter tax, a steep penalty often resulting in double taxation of income that interstate telecommuters earn at home. The telecommuter tax unfairly burdens telecommuters and their employers and limits telework adoption. Congress must make the Multi-State Worker Tax Fairness Act law! Frank Leonetti, MBCI, CBCP

Mr. Leonetti is the Manager for the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Practice of Oracle Professional Services. Frank is responsible for pre-sales assistance, scoping, writing and reviewing of customers’ assessment, data classification, architecture design, business continuity and disaster recovery documentation and overall Practice Program Direction and Customer Engagements.

Publications and Speaking Experience: Frank has been a featured and keynote speaker at several North American conferences including: DRJ, DRIE, CPM, CIO Forum, InfoWorld, Marcus Evans BC/Security Conference, Continuity Insights, and several ACP events. Mr. Leonetti is a Board Member of the Association of Contingency Planners, a Board Member of the Business Continuity Institute and Chair of the CCC Foundation Board. Frank has published several articles for CIO Magazine, BC Management and written a several white papers including: “Linking disaster recovery time objectives to business and compliance requirements” and “Building the Internal Business Case for Sr. Level Management Support of DR Budgeting”. Frank most recently was a guest instructor/lecturer at the MIT Short Program for “Crisis Management and Business Continuity”
